Zoning Map Draft 2 Now Available!

On Friday, April 10, Draft 2 of the new zoning map was published, and it reflects the significant public engagement efforts for the UDC Update. It’s now available here!  

To provide a better understanding of the changes between Drafts 1 and 2, staff planners compiled and published this companion guide that details how the recommended map has been modified in response to public feedback.

Staff planners are continuing to review comments and feedback as they prepare the final recommended map and code text, which will be published on Friday, May 8. Any public feedback to be considered for the final recommended text and map must be submitted by Thursday, April 30.
